Application Performance Architect - Software Engineering

Overall Objective:Application, Synthetic and infrastructure Monitoring using Dynatrace SaaSUse of Dynatrace to monitor/troubleshoot application’s Performance and availability. Use of Dynatrace to set up alerting.Producing reports to meet application and infrastructure planning and management needs, on both a regular and ad-hoc basis.Providing advice and consultancy to management and technical teams on performance, capacity and availability matters, diagnostics and root cause analysis.Ensure that all relevant processes and procedures are adhered to.Qualification & Experience- Minimum 5-6 years relevant experience monitoring domain- Graduate of any discipline- Knowledge on Python language/Unix Systems- Shell scripting knowledge (Desirable)- Strong analytical and numerical skills- ITIL V3 Knowledge- Good knowledge on IT InfrastructureTechnical Technical understanding sufficient for availability and performance management- Dynatrace SaaS- Set up of alerting profiles, auto tags, maintenance...
