What You’ll Do
Day‑To‑Day Application Support
- Troubleshoot and resolve L2 incidents related to application errors, performance, or access issues.
- Escalate complex issues to L3 support or development teams with accurate details.
Incident & Request Fulfillment
- Follow runbooks/SOPs to diagnose and fix known issues.
- Assist users with minor configuration changes and data fixes.
Maintenance & Documentation
- Execute scheduled maintenance tasks (e.g., batch jobs, reports, etc.).
- Update knowledge base articles with new solutions and troubleshooting steps.
