Position Description:

We are looking for a Application Operations Engineer / L2 Engineering Specialist to join a team responsible for supporting CSIRE – Poland's central electricity market information system.

This is not a traditional Service Desk role. You will work with application incidents generated by the system itself, investigate production issues, reproduce defects, validate fixes, and cooperate closely with development and testing teams.

The role is performed in a 24/7 shift model. Evening and night shifts are carried out remotely. The position is hybrid: 2–3 days per week in our office in Warsaw, while other locations work fully remotely.
