We are currently seeking a Application Management Senior Specialist to join our team in Hyderabad, Telangana (IN-TG), India (IN).

Work you'll do:

• Test Planning & Strategy: Design and execute test strategies for SAP HCM Time Management and Payroll, covering complex custom Personnel Calculation Rules (PCRs), schema modifications, and custom ABAP reports/objects.
• Functional Testing: Build and execute test scenarios for time evaluation (RPTIME00), quota processing (RPTQTA00), retroactive payroll accounting, and payroll schema/PCR changes, validating results against business rules and collective agreement requirements.
