We are currently seeking an Application Maintenance and Support L2 role in Guadalajara, Jalisco, Mexico.
Qualifications
3+ years of relevant experience in application maintenance and support, L2 role
Strong in Unix
Strong in writing SQL queries
Knowledge of any other scripting/coding languages – preferably Java
Responsibilities
Actively provide support for resolution of L2 issues with detailed analysis.
Help in code fixes and rigorous testing where required.
Good knowledge of Unix, SQL and scripting languages.
Work on supporting product servers and clients on cutting‐edge platforms.
Contribute to continuous improvement and continuous delivery.
