KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Technical Selection & Sizing: Analyze customer data sheets, process flow diagrams, and operating conditions to accurately select, size, and configure the right vacuum pumps or industrial equipment.
- Proposal Engineering: Prepare detailed technical offers, specifications, and data sheets for the sales team to submit to B2B clients.
- Customer Inquiry Assessment: Review incoming technical tenders and inquiries from various industries (Pharma, Chemical, Packaging, Manufacturing) to check for feasibility.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with the production and design teams to understand equipment limitations and convey client-customization requirements clearly.
- Post-Sales Technical Support: Assist clients and field technicians over phone or email regarding basic installation queries, drawing approvals, and performance parameters.
