Application Engineer- Vertical Turbine Pumps

Role

The Applications Engineer will be responsible for providing cordial, timely, and accurate Vertical Turbine Pump product and order support for the Goulds Team. This role will collaborate with other technical and engineering groups, production, and sales to understand the needs and desires of the customers and provide them with service levels that meet or exceed customer expectations.

Responsibilities

• Provide Applications Engineering support to channel partners, distributors and end users
• Provide optimal design selections based on customer requirements.
• Estimate project costing and negotiate lead times.
• Collaborate with purchasing team and other stakeholders to obtain costing for components as required
• Support maintenance of CRM funnel to ensure opportunity visibility by field sales team.
• Develop technical depth and understanding of Xylem products and applications.
