Application Engineer

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Application Engineer to join our Engineering team. In this role, you will provide technical support for product development and manufacturing processes, ensuring product designs meet customer requirements, quality standards, and performance expectations. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Product Development, Manufacturing, Quality, and Program Management to support new product launches, continuous improvement initiatives, and product optimization efforts. Provide Application Engineering support for new program launches. Lead product research and development projects and provide regular progress updates to senior leadership.
