Tasks
- Support sales teams with product/application expertise, including training, demos, and trade‑fair activities
- Install systems and provide customer and partner training internationally
- Plan, conduct, and document trials, tests, analyses, and test series for product optimization
- Develop training materials, software/field test documentation, and user/service manuals
- Provide technical support to service, development, and product management teams
