- Troubleshoot and carry out diagnostic analysis for equipment faults or failures.
- Provide timely repair services and liaise with vendors or internal teams for complex fixes.
- Maintain accurate service records and prepare basic service or incident reports.
- Support customer satisfaction by building strong relationships and offering professional technical assistance.
