Job Summary
Provide application support and enhancement for applications used in the bank, including Level 2 production support, problem investigation, root‑cause analysis, solution definition, development, implementation, system design impact analysis, application health checks and monitoring.
Job Requirements
- Work shifts on a rotational basis to provide 18 by 7 support with 2 days off (9 hours per shift – 6:30am to 3:30pm / 2:30pm to 11:30pm).
- Work location: Cyberjaya.
- Application Technical Support experience with Java technology and WebLogic/WebSphere/JBoss OR .NET technology and Microsoft IIS platform.
- Knowledge of Linux/UNIX or Windows Server.
- Database knowledge on MS SQL or Oracle.
- Knowledge in Banking IT environment a plus.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills; proactive and team player; ability to work with cross‑border colleagues.
