As an Application Engineer - Collision Repair & Digital at Automotive Aftermarket Division , you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world.

Here, you will make an impact by:

• Leading the in-shop setup of 3M RepairStack™ Digital Performance Solutions, a hardware/software program designed to assist Collision Centres to maximize profitability and monitor material consumption.
• Implementing training programs for body shop employees working with 3M RepairStack™, focusing on practical application and user proficiency.
• Partnering with 3M sales personnel, including the training and mentoring on RepairStack in their Collision Center customers locations.
