Application Development Manager - Senior Vice President

The Applications Development Group Manager is a senior management position responsible for delivering results through engineering leadership combined with hands‑on design and implementation. This role leads by example to raise the technical bar across the organization, with a core focus on building and operating intelligent infrastructure and Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) platforms that leverage AI to improve reliability, automation, and operational efficiency.

• Lead & Develop Engineering Teams: Manage software engineering teams, set goals, and own personnel responsibilities, including performance evaluations, hiring, and disciplinary actions.
