We’re looking for a Zendesk + JIRA Support Tooling Engineer to support our team in Singapore. RoleYou will own the administration, optimisation, and integration of Zendesk and JIRA — streamlining workflows, building automation, and connecting our support stack to Salesforce and other internal systems. Working closely with support, sales, engineering, and operations teams to turn manual processes into reliable, automated ones.
