• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise applications using the Appian low‑code platform.
• Build scalable, record‑centric applications using Appian best practices.
• Develop SAIL interfaces, process models, records, reports, and integrations.
• Translate business requirements into functional and technical solutions, lead design discussions and perform code reviews.
• Optimize application performance, security, and scalability.
• Support deployments across Dev, QA, and Production environments.
• Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior developers.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, QA, and DevOps teams.
• Support UAT, production issues, and continuous improvement initiatives.
