Depending on your skills you will be interviewed for either Maintenance Coordinator or Maintenance Supervisor.
If you do not have supervisory experience, you will not be interviewed for Supervisor.
Responsibilities
Takes initiative, leads projects from start to finish, and solves problems on their own.
Responsible for completing projects from start to finish, solving problems on their own, and making recommendations for improvement to leadership.
Final internal decision-maker before founders.
Accountable for client confidence during maintenance issues.
Lead daily SCRUM meeting with the MX Team.
Provide monthly reports on Maintenance for each client to be sent to Clients.
Lead weekly meeting with Founders reporting on the activities within MX.
Formal 1:1 ownership with all Maintenance Coordinators or Team supporting Maintenance.
