Position Overview: As an App Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing reliable and efficient technical support to clients using Meditab’s mobile applications and software platform.


Work Schedule and Arrangement: 9:00 PM- 6:00 AM, Onsite Office Location: 8th floor Skyrise 4B Building, IT Park, Lahug, Cebu City, Cebu Key Responsibilities: App Support ● Provide timely and effective support to clients using the mobile application and related software.

  • ● Guide users through app features, functionalities, and proper usage.
