The APP SRE / Production Support team is part of development that primarily focus on supporting TPM Application from the sustaining engineering point of view.The team provides Level 2 support and offers a wide array of solutions that involve database updates, programming, scripting, and UI workarounds.Career Level - IC3- Research, investigate, and resolve production issues in a timely manner- Be part of an on-call rotation and provide after hour support- Identify possible scenarios and resolution for new data fix or incidents- Develop quick solutions for new production issues- Collaborate with other team members (i.e., Cloud Eng., Cloud Ops, QA, Dev, and Product) for investigation and RCA- Execute data change requests, inquiries, and reports from internal/external partners- Provide technical contributions to GenAI projects as needed- Adhere to and enhance administrative, operational and technical policies and procedures- Identify vulnerabilities and improvement opportunities; mainta...
