APJ Partner Strategy & Growth Director

Amazon seeks an experienced leader to drive AWS partner strategy and execution across APJ, reporting to the Global VP of Partner Core. You will manage programmatic support, acceleration of partner capability, and foundational co‑sell funding, with day‑to‑day responsibility for initiatives and agreements.

You will lead a cross‑functional team across APJ, oversee several partner programs, and drive AI adoption within programs and operations.
