About the Role:
This India-based engineer supports both the IBM APIC/DataPower sustainment effort and the Apigee platform buildout on non-GovCloud workstreams. The primary focus is documentation, runbook authoring, scripting and automation, and developer portal support. You will work under the direction of the US-based IBM APIC SME and Apigee Architect, handling tasks that do not require access to GovCloud or classified environments.
Key Responsibilities:
IBM APIC Support (Non-GovCloud)
- Author and maintain IBM operational runbooks, knowledge articles, and on-call procedures
- Scripting and automation for IBM platform enhancements (under US SME direction)
- CI/CD pipeline support for IBM APIC configuration artifacts
- Assist with IBM-to-Apigee policy mapping documentation
