Key Responsibilities: API Support and Troubleshooting: Provide day-to-day technical support for API integrations, including troubleshooting and resolving connectivity issues, data flow interruptions, and error messages. Collaborate with internal development and product teams to diagnose complex issues and escalate as necessary. Respond to and manage API incidents, ensuring quick resolution of client-facing issues.
