Apheresis Clinical Practice Manager (Limited Term)

Collaborate with Director, Clinical Directors, Physicians and clinical staff to develop, manage, assess and enhance the provision of patient care services within the Dialysis program and the Apheresis program on a 24/7 basis to meet continuous quality improvement, customer service, programmatic growth, and financial requirements supporting the mission of Seattle Children's Hospital. Develop, implement, and monitor staffing plans, scheduling and staff development to meet current and anticipated needs and to maintain compliance with patient safety and regulatory requirements.

**Required Education and Experience**
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Nursing from an accredited school of nursing.
Minimum of two (2) years RN experience.
Demonstrated leadership experience.

**Required Credentials**
Current Washington State or Multistate (MSL) RN license.
