We are looking for an Apartment Manager to oversee luxury self‑catering apartments based at a hotel in Plettenberg Bay.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for apartment management & guest services
• Maintain high level of communication with property owners, updating them on condition of their rental and necessary repairs or improvements
• Handle all aspects of guest relations from pre‑arrival to post‑departure, ensuring a positive experience for all
• Check inventory and manage guests in and out
• Conduct sales for the apartments
• Oversee maintenance and housekeeping staff, scheduling & managing work assignments
• Respond to guest inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally
• Request damage fee upon arrival and perform damage assessment before refunding guests
