APAC Wellbeing Strategy & Ops Lead

ByteDance seeks a Wellbeing Program Lead to ensure wellbeing initiatives align with the global framework and drive effective delivery across APAC through close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.

You will own and drive wellbeing initiatives, monitor participation and site health reports, and provide evidence-based recommendations. You will tailor programs to cultural needs and lead psychoeducational training for leaders and teams.
