APAC TAC Lead — Complex Cases & Technical Coaching

Boston Scientific in Malaysia is seeking an APAC TAC Supervisor to lead advanced technical case handling and ensure service consistency across Capital Equipment operations in the region.

You will own escalated service cases, guide TAC Analysts, and collaborate with Field Service, Engineering, Quality, and Logistics to drive troubleshooting standards, knowledge content, and process improvements across the TAC team.
