APAC Security Systems Project Manager (Non-Technical)

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Non-Technical Security Systems Project Manager to support the Program Management office overseeing multiple Security Systems teams by improving operational efficiency, driving consistency, and ensuring strategic initiatives stay on track. The ideal candidate enjoys creating structure, developing processes, coordinating cross‑functional projects, and transforming information into clear documentation, dashboards, and executive reporting. This is a non‑technical role focused on program coordination, process improvement, project tracking, and operational excellence.

This role operates on a hybrid basis with periodic in‑person meetings and collaboration in the Singapore office; candidates should be based within commuting distance of Singapore. This is a full‑time position.
