Summary
Meta is hiring an APAC Marketing Strategic Initiatives Manager to help deliver APAC's highest-leverage marketing bets – work that is highly cross-functional, ambiguous, and new. This is an end-to-end ownership role: shape the bet, align stakeholders, mobilize cross-functional task forces, execute with rigor, and drive measurable impact across Meta's family of apps. This is a hands-on strategic role, not a communications-only function or a program management office. You will own a portfolio of bets, lead through influence, and build durable operating leverage through AI-fluent ways of working. You'll be part of the APAC Marketing leadership team as an individual contributor, working across markets and functions to help APAC show up as a global driver, not just a participant.
