About the role
The APAC Manufacturing Lead is accountable for driving step‑change performance across Haleon’s APAC manufacturing sites and Contract Manufacturing Organisations (CMOs). This role leads the regional manufacturing agenda across Safety, Quality & Compliance, Service, Cost (COGS), Productivity and Stewardship—ensuring resilient supply, strong governance, and a culture of continuous improvement.
Key Focus Areas
- Safety leadership and risk reduction (people, process and asset safety)
- Quality, GMP compliance and audit readiness across internal sites and CMOs
- Service, reliability and supply performance (OTIF, schedule adherence, right‑first‑time)
- Productivity, cost and stewardship (COGS, waste, yield, energy, sustainability)
