APAC IT Service Desk Leader – Regional Operations

Environmental Resources Management (ERM) is seeking an IT Service Desk Manager to lead the APAC region's service desk and 2nd line support. You will plan, coordinate and optimise IT operations, ensuring SLAs and KPIs are met while delivering exceptional customer service.

You will manage service desk leaders, collaborate with global IT leaders, drive ITIL practices and oversee hardware, software and project work across ERM offices. Occasional travel may be required.
