APAC ICT Project & Transition Lead

China Telecom Asia Pacific is seeking a skilled professional to create and manage ICT project plans in Kuala Lumpur. The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of experience in project implementation and excellent bilingual communication skills.

You will conduct project transition activities, manage issues and risks, and ensure smooth project delivery. A Bachelor's degree in Computer Studies, Electrical Engineering, or Telecommunications is required, along with certifications like PMP or SCRUM.
