Mistral is hiring its first Technical Support Engineer in APAC to build and lead our regional technical support presence. This high‑impact role targets a deeply technical individual who can independently tackle complex issues and become the go‑to resource for our fastest‑growing market.
You will own high‑level troubleshooting (L2/L3), regional ownership for APAC customers, and development of runbooks and tooling to scale support. Strong API/log proficiency and cloud experience are required.
