APAC Controller: Lead Scalable Finance & Global Compliance

OpenAI seeks an experienced APAC Controller to lead accounting and controllership across Asia Pacific. Based in Singapore with a hybrid work model, this role will build and scale the regional finance organization, ensuring strong controls and compliance across multiple jurisdictions while supporting rapid growth.

You will partner with Accounting, Tax, Treasury, Legal, and business leaders to set strategy, drive process improvements, and coordinate with external advisors on entity launches.
