APAC Billing Ops Manager — QA, Training & Escalations

The Consulting Solutions is looking for a Billing Support Manager who will lead billing agents on the APAC shift while managing the overall billing operation. In this remote position based in the Philippines, you'll coach a team, handle escalations, and develop programs across shifts.

The ideal candidate has a strong background in customer support operations and analytical skills, and should be technically literate enough to engage with engineering discussions. Experience in billing and payments is highly preferred.
