AP Accounting Supervisor (Night Shift)

About The Role

As a CBRE AP/AR Accounting Supervisor, you will supervise a team responsible for preparing financial data in the areas of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable. This job is part of the Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable function. The team reviews and pays invoices and performs cash management activities such as reconciliation and bank account reviews.

What You’ll Do

• Oversee the timely payment and processing of invoices, expense vouchers, etc.
• Review reconciled account balances and control reports. Perform month‑end‑related functions.
• Review and audit the team's work for accuracy and completeness.
• Answer internal/external customer or vendor requests and escalated inquiries. Provide efficient, timely, and courteous service.
