Key Responsibilities
Strategy
Awareness and understanding of the Group's business strategy and model appropriate to the role.
Business
Knowledge of Custody operations, Securities Settlements, Corporate Actions, Financial Market Operations. Knowledge of Agent banking, Sub Custody operations and clearing will be an added advantage.
Processes
To authorize and control the dispatch of the outgoing messages related to Corporate Action in SECCURE.
To notify the client of any Corporate Action event by means of SWIFT / Fax / e-mail / S2B or any other mechanism as may be specified in the DOI.
To authorize responses to sub-custodians on the option being exercised based on the response received from the clients and to debit / credit the clients account for disburs...
