What you'll do:
We’re looking for a Senior Android Developer to help scale Clara’s Android experience and shape the future of financial software in Latin America. You’ll be a technical expert on the Mobile Engineering - Android team, setting best practices, delivering high-impact features, and mentoring fellow developers. You’ll collaborate closely with product, design, and backend teams to deliver fast, secure, and delightful mobile experiences.
- Drive Clara’s Android technical roadmap in collaboration with Engineering leadership.
- Architect modular, reusable components using Kotlin, Jetpack Compose, and modern Android libraries.
- Lead development initiatives of new product features while improving app reliability, performance, and maintainability.
- Promote and uphold high engineering standards through code reviews and mentorship.
