Analytics Officer

Overview

As an Analytics Officer , you will be responsible for supporting the operations of the Collections Department by generating the required reports and providing analysis regarding collections processes and trends. The purpose of this role is to ensure all the collections teams’ data gathering, reporting, and analysis needs are met to enhance the decision-making process.

Responsibilities

• Gather and consolidate large data sets from dialer and collections systems to support reporting needs
• Maintain a standard set of performance reports to evaluate all collections processes (operational, productivity, and efficiency reports) and portfolio changes (cure rate trends, recovery rate trends, cost-efficiency trends); ensure reports are delivered to the responsible parties within an acceptable timeframe
• Provide regular reporting on communication tool efficiency to support the Strategist
