Analytics Engineer II: Build Scalable Data Models

Capitec Bank Ltd. is seeking an Analytics Engineer to bridge the gap between Data Engineers and Data Analysts. You will design, build and maintain scalable data models, pipelines and semantic layers to enable reliable insights and reporting across the organisation.

The role requires advanced SQL, Python, and experience with cloud data platforms and orchestration tools (Airflow/Prefect). You will lead data model design decisions and coach junior engineers while ensuring quality and performance.
