Compensation & Benefits

Salary Range: COP $7.5M – $9.5M per month + annual bonus eligibility + company-paid private healthcare + additional allowances.

The Analytics Engineer serves as the critical bridge between the Data Engineering platform and the business-facing analytics layer. This role is responsible for transforming reliable, pipeline-ready data into well-structured, semantically consistent analytical models that power reporting, decision-making, and self-service analytics across the organization.

The Analytics Engineer operates at the intersection of technical data modeling and business understanding — owning the logic, definitions, and structures that ensure data means the same thing to every stakeholder who consumes it and functioning as a translator who speaks both the languages of engineering and business.
