We are looking for an Analytics and Reporting Engineer with a passion for healthcare analytics and deep expertise in Medicare Advantage programs. If you thrive in fast-paced, agile environments and have a strong background in RAF calculations, accrual reporting, chart chase analytics, and cloud-based reporting tools, we want to meet you!
What You Will Do:
Develop, maintain, and optimize analytical dashboards and reporting solutions using Looker and BigQuery.
Perform complex RAF (Risk Adjustment Factor) calculations and develop related documentation/models.
Build accrual reporting processes to support accurate revenue and risk adjustment forecasting.
