Analytics and Modeling Specialist

The role will serve as the primary HR Analytics and insights advisor in Americas, being responsible to provide meaningful, and relevant analytics and insights to leaders, supporting critical talent decision making every day, provide support in critical projects requiring deep knowledge of Talent Metrics and analytical tools to process and structure big amounts of data.

Responsibilities

• Advisory support Management reporting, HR Metrics analysis and deep dive, adhoc analysis for decision making/leadership meetings/support special projects.
• Enable with right level of information to complete their operational work, mainly through creation of self-service reporting tools and dashboards. As such be HR Reporting platforms business owners (Workday): Interlock with Technology to fulfill data requirements. Collaborate to ensure all digital tools meet business needs.
