Analytics and Modeling Manager / BI & A Excellence Advisor

Responsibilities

Business Intelligence & Analytics (BI&A) is part of CF Operations and supports Markets and Services. BI&A team members provide operations support to Markets and Services leadership. The candidate will be responsible for delivering data‑driven analytics to the Commercial/Sales Excellence Organization.

The key responsibility involves driving business analytics, writing impactful business insights, identifying risks upfront, and highlighting them to leads with proposed solutions.

The candidate will focus on the Sales Excellence metrics blueprint (sales momentum, profitability, competitiveness) across the MU leveraging Agentic AI and standard BI&A tools.
