Analytical Instrumentation Specialist

Job Responsibility

• Instrument Maintenance & Performance Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on a wide range of instruments, including: XRPD, DSC, TGA, HPLC/UPLC/MS, GC (incl. headspace), KF, BET surface area analyzers, DVS systems, EasyMax / process reactors, FBRM / in situ monitoring tools, and many more listed on SSPI website Troubleshoot instrument issues and minimize downtime Maintain instrument uptime KPIs
• Calibration & Qualification Execute and document: IQ/OQ/PQ protocols, routine calibrations and performance verification, ensure instruments meet GMP / regulatory requirements where applicable, maintain calibration schedules and traceability (including external vendors)
• Vendor & Service Management Act as primary liaison with instrument vendors: service calls, repairs and troubleshooting, software upgrades and firmware updates, manage service contracts and evaluate vendor performance, coordinate external calib...
