- Perform chemical and sensory analysis of flavours and fragrances, ingredients and market products using approved methodologies (e.g., GC-MS).
- Establish suitable and effective analytical methods and build analytical spectral libraries, completing the validation and expansion of relevant detection methods
- Develop the laboratory methodology for the GC and GCMS with regards to the extraction and separation.
- Partner with flavourists and R&D team to develop market-ready solutions.
- Participate in testing and evaluation panelsUse and maintain the GC-MS system, including replacement of parts and troubleshooting
- Work with quality team to investigate non-conformance issues
