This position operates in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment balancing 70% laboratory hands‑on testing with 30% administrative support. A primary challenge of this role is multitasking and priority management: handling large volumes of incoming stability samples, categorizing them by testing conditions, and ensuring highly accurate analysis within strict, standardized timeframes.
