Key Accountabilities
CUSTOMER
- Conduct advanced quality assurance reviews of investigations completed by Financial Crime Investigators, including investigations that resulted in no STR filings as well as investigations resulting in STR submissions and other risk mitigation activities (e.g., customer exit recommendations, etc.).
