Network Analyst IV – Operations Support Group (OSG Network) – Barrie, Ontario, Canada We’re hiring a Network Analyst IV to join the Operations Support Group (OSG Network) team in Barrie.
Responsibilities
Provide Level 2 support for enterprise network infrastructure
Monitor, investigate, and respond to network incidents and service alerts
Troubleshoot issues across LAN, MAN, WAN, RLAN, wireless, firewall, load balancing, and optical environments
Support incident management and service restoration activities
Perform problem determination and root cause identification across multiple network technologies
Work closely with internal teams, clients, and vendors to resolve technical issues
Use enterprise monitoring and diagnostic tools to assess network performance and health
Strong contribution to the ongoing stability and resilience of a 24/7 network operations environment
