Job Overview Corporate Lending Operations is part of Global Operations, with a team of over 80 experienced professionals who are dedicated to supporting bilateral and syndicated loans for TD Securities’ high profile and high value corporate clients globally. We also administer foreign currency loans for Personal Credit, Private Banking and Commercial and Retail clients.
Reporting to the Manager, Corporate Lending Operations, the Senior Deal Analyst (Level 8) manages a portfolio of complex syndicated, bilateral and direct lending transactions. This role requires strong product and process expertise, sound judgment, a high level of accountability, and the ability to manage risk, controls and stakeholder relationships in a fast‑paced environment.
