Analyst, Vendor Performance (Varennes)

Role Overview

The individual responsible for implementing the vendor compliance policy will also manage vendor performance analysis, identify improvement opportunities, and act as a subject‑matter expert to ensure alignment among internal stakeholders. The role includes data collection, analysis, and reporting on vendor performance within the vendor management system.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review vendor scorecards within the vendor management system.
• Analyze and process claims and reimbursement requests.
• Prepare and submit month‑end financial reports.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely conflict resolution.
• Monitor and communicate key performance indicators (KPIs), service level agreements (SLAs), and contractual obligations.
