Our Expectations

The individual responsible for implementing the vendor compliance policy will also be in charge of vendor performance analysis functions and identifying opportunities to improve related processes. They will act as a subject matter expert, collecting, entering, reviewing, and analyzing data to summarize and report on vendor performance. They will promote alignment among internal stakeholders through open and inclusive communication.

• Prepare and review vendor scorecards within the vendor management system
• Analyze and process claims and reimbursement requests
• Prepare and submit month‑end financial reports
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely conflict resolution
